Who we are

Opening its doors in January 2019, Paul Grinyer Associates Limited has been set up to provide Structural Engineering Services, Party Wall Surveying Services and Contract Administration Services, to private and commercial clients across the South-East of England. Having spent over 20 years working for small to medium sized structural engineering consultancies, company Managing Director, Paul Grinyer, set out with the sole aim of providing Structural Engineering, Building Engineering, Party Wall Surveying and Contract Administration services to domestic and commercial clients across the South East of England, with the main focus being on the need of the client and without charging excessive fees.

A family run, small business, catering for the needs of domestic and commercial clients alike, we will use our considerable experience to help our clients with their construction projects by providing Structural Engineering, Party Wall Surveying and Contract Administration services.
